 Our purée bread is the most versatile product and can be served for numerous different menu items. It can easily be shaped in a variety of ways for muffins, cakes, toast, pancakes, sandwiches and more.   

Pureé Starches

 Our rice, pasta and corn have the option of “purée line shaping” and can be shaped right on the serving line at temperature during your plating operation. All shaping tools are offered free with purchase.
