Puree Desserts - Scoop Method

Learn how to use Rubicon Puree Bread Mix to create individual desserts such as cookies, donuts, bundt cakes, and hand pies by scooping the mixture into silicone molds or flattening and shaping.

Puree Dessert Bars

Learn how to prepare pureed brownies using Rubicon Puree Bread Mix by pouring the mixture into a hotel pan, letting it set for 15 minutes and popping it out on a sheet pan. Cut out your squares and ready to serve.

Puree Cake Wedges

Learn how to create recognizable cake slices using Rubicon Puree Bread Mix by pouring the mixture in a cake pan, letting it set for 15 minutes and popping it out on a sheet pan. Cut out your wedges and ready to serve.
