Rubicon Purée Bread Mix: 1/2 cup (70g)
Supplement Flavoring Mix: 1/3 cup, 2T (5g)
Oil or liquid butter: 2T
Hot water (170-185°F): 1/2 cup
1. Combine purée bread mix and supplement flavoring mix in a bowl.
2. Add oil or liquid butter to the mix.
3. Slowly whisk in the hot water until well blended.
4. Using a #16 scoop, serve immediately or can be refrigerated up to 72 hours. Heat in 350°F oven for 5 minutes if refrigerated. For proper texture, serve at room temperature or warmed.
